Try going to the START menu, then find CONTROL PANEL, after thats done click ADD & REMOVE PROGRAMS;; when that is done look for ZIPHONE and then click it, click the UNINSTALL and TADA it's done. :) That should work. It's so much easier on a Mac, all you do is drag the app to the trash bin and its gone, haha.
